Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions of use, procedures, and other necessary matters pertaining to the internet-related services provided by MyIP.kr (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 2 (Description of Service)

The Service provides the following features free of charge:

  • Identification of the user's public IP address
  • Geolocation lookup based on IP address
  • Browser and network environment analysis
  • IP-related network utilities

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

  • The IP geolocation information provided by the Service relies on third-party APIs, and its accuracy is not guaranteed to be 100%.
  • The Service is intended for reference purposes only and shall not be used as legal evidence or official documentation.
  • The Service shall not be held liable for any interruption caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters or server failures.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  • Mass automated queries using bots or scripts (exceeding 45 requests per minute)
  • Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Service
  • Infringement of the personal information of others through the use of the Service
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Service's content

Article 5 (API Usage)

The API provided by the Service may be used within reasonable limits. Access may be restricted in the event of excessive usage.

Article 6 (Advertising)

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including those served by Google AdSense. Responsibility for the content of such advertisements lies solely with the respective advertisers.

Article 7 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms as necessary. Any amendments will be posted on the Service. Continued use of the Service following any amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service operator.
